Bryant Walking Trail Info

  • The trail runs through a Mixed Deciduous Forest biome
  • These forests feature diverse plant and animal life and are marked by their distinct seasonal change
  • The full trail (red loop) is approximately 8 kilometers, or about 5 miles, in length
  • The yellow path for the short loop is currently blocked by a fallen tree, possibly a victim of a recent storm
  • There are many signs of human interference, including a large construction site in the center of the forest
  • The trails are used for athletic, academic and recreational purposes
  • According to survey results, less than 36% of Bryant Students have used the trails
  • Of those who have used the trail, over 72% claim it was for athletic and academic requirement, not for leisure
